DMCA and Copyright Complaints Policy

Last updated: September 2026
Operator: LiveLines UK Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”)

Our commitment to copyright protection

We respect intellectual property rights and require anyone supplying or submitting content to our website to do the same.

This policy explains how to report suspected copyright infringement involving material available through our website, including photographs, videos, audio recordings, written content and other protected works.

We operate in the United Kingdom. We accept copyright complaints from rights holders and their authorised representatives wherever they are located. Where applicable, we handle notices and counter-notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), including 17 U.S.C. §512.

This policy does not limit rights or obligations under applicable UK law.

How to report copyright infringement

Please send your complaint to:

Copyright contact: Lauren Jones
Company: LiveLines UK Ltd
Email: payments@livelinesuk.com
Postal address: Victory House, 400 Pavilion Drive, Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7PA.
Telephone: 01604 824290

Use the subject line “Copyright complaint – adultchat.livelinespurchase.com”.

Please include:

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. Where one complaint covers multiple works on the same website, you may provide a representative list.
  • Identification of the material you want removed or disabled, including its exact webpage URL and enough detail for us to locate it.
  • An explanation of whether you own the relevant copyright or are authorised to act for its owner.
  • A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement confirming that the information in your complaint is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Links to the original work and supporting ownership or licensing information can help us investigate.

If your complaint is incomplete, we may contact you for clarification. This does not prevent us from taking action where the information already supplied warrants it.

How we handle complaints

We review copyright complaints promptly. Where appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the reported material expeditiously while the matter is assessed.

We may contact the person or organisation that supplied the material and request evidence of ownership, permission or a valid licence. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to notify the affected contributor of its removal.

Removing material does not amount to a final determination of ownership or infringement.

If you believe material was removed by mistake

Contact the copyright contact above, identifying the material, its previous location and why you believe its removal was mistaken. Include any supporting licence or permission.

Where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that removal or disabling resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, address and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located; or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice, or that person’s agent.

We will forward a compliant DMCA counter-notice to the original complainant and inform them of the proposed restoration.

Where the statutory procedure applies, we will restore material within 10–14 business days after receiving the compliant counter-notice unless our copyright contact first receives notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the relevant infringement.

Material may remain unavailable for an independent reason, such as a separate breach of our terms or applicable law. A copyright counter-notice does not resolve unrelated consent, privacy or safeguarding concerns.

Repeat infringement

Where we provide contributor or user accounts, we will terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

We may also suspend uploads, remove material or stop accepting content from suppliers who repeatedly provide infringing material.

Where applicable, we accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures protecting copyrighted works, as defined by 17 U.S.C. §512(i).

False or misleading notices

Only submit a notice or counter-notice if you believe it is accurate. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability.

If you are unsure about ownership, permission or a copyright exception, seek independent legal advice before submitting a formal notice.

Personal information

We use information supplied with complaints to investigate, communicate with relevant parties, maintain records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where necessary and lawful, we may share a complaint or counter-notice, including relevant contact details, with the affected contributor, rights holder, advisers or authorities. We do not promise anonymity.

Please do not send identity documents or unrelated sensitive information unless we request them through an appropriate secure process. Our Privacy Policy provides more information.

Other content complaints

You do not need to own copyright to report suspected unlawful, non-consensual or underage content.

Report these concerns immediately to payments@livelinesuk.com providing the relevant URL and a brief explanation. Such reports are handled separately from the copyright counter-notification procedure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, procedures or applicable requirements. The current version will appear on this page.
