Scope of this statement

This statement applies to websites operated by LiveLines UK Ltd that display or expressly link to it.

Our websites provide telephone and text-based adult services for customers aged 18 or over.

Nature of the website content

The visual content on these websites consists of non-explicit promotional imagery, including models wearing lingerie. Images may be produced by us, licensed from third-party suppliers or generated using artificial intelligence.

These websites do not publish nudity or visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of the relevant provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§2256, 2257 and 2257A.

The adult nature of the telephone or text service should not be confused with the nature of the visual material displayed on the website.

Record-keeping statement

Because the websites do not contain visual material falling within the scope of the performer record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§2257 or 2257A, no record-location disclosure under those provisions is required for their current content.

This statement is based on the nature of the published material. It does not rely solely on our location in the United Kingdom or the location of our intended customers.

Model releases, identification documents and licensing information held for our promotional imagery are separate from any statutory record-keeping obligations that might apply to covered sexually explicit visual material.
